the room was chaotic and smelly, but hot chocolate in the lobby was a fun surprise! the pool was clean & refreshing. breakfast had some good choices, making it a cozy start to the day.

Our experience was marred by the never-ending noise from unruly kids above us. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, the loud banging and disturbances persisted for hours, making it impossible to relax. The pool and hot tub were both filthy, with hair floating around. it was extremely disappointing since our plan was to enjoy them during our stay.

the king room with jacuzzi was a nice touch and exactly what we needed for relaxation. breakfast was solid, and the staff were truly friendly and accommodating. the hotel has a gym, which I appreciated, and it wasn't too far from major business spots.

The hotel really needs to address its maintenance issues!!! The gym is frustratingly small and poorly ventilated, while the sound isolation is practically nonexistent. Plumbing problems sound serious. broken toilet flushes are not acceptable!!!
